    Winemaker Notes

    The grapes were harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness and quality. The juice was cool fermented in stainless steel with aromatic yeast strains. Some Pinot Grigio Bottled was back blended to add freshness and optimal colour. The wine was bottles early to retain the vibrant fruit characters.
